Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
